I started this blog mostly for myself. I do not know if anyone will read it, maybe a couple friends and family but I am not expecting much. I have a good career going and I am dabbling in CrossFit. Everyday since I played my last college football game I have missed competition and have had a strong desire to fill this gap. Once I found CrossFit I was almost immediately hooked. Most of my blog will deal with subjects on training and working out. Some of this blog will contain other things I like.
